HOW TO USE:

The K18 molecular repair PRO mask is meant to be used as the second part of the K18 molecular repair service.

With a color or chemical service:

1. Before the service, apply K18 PRO mist. Wait 4 minutes. Do not rinse out.
2. Apply K18 PRO mask. Begin with 1 pump and add more as needed. Maximum recommended usage is 3 pumps.
3. Let sit for 4 minutes. Do not rinse out.
4. Style as usual.
5. If cutting, you may start right away.
6. If toning, use K18 PRO mask first, wait 4 minutes, then apply toner directly over mask. Process as usual. Rinse or shampoo toner + reapply K18 PRO mask per instructions above.

Without a chemical service:

1. Shampoo, do not condition.
2. Towel-dry thoroughly.
3. Apply K18 PRO mist. Wait 4 minutes. Do not rinse out.
4. Apply K18 PRO mask.
5. Begin with 1 pump and add more as needed. Maximum recommended usage is 3 pumps.
6. Apply all over, 1 pump at a time
7. Let sit for 4 minutes. Do not rinse out.
8. Comb, add product + style as usual.

DO'S & DON'TS:

• DO clarify before K18 if your client is a heavy product user (demineralize for mineral + metal buildup)
• DO apply on clean, damp hair (think about 65% wet)
• DO wait the full 4 minutes before combing or styling
• DO add whatever styling products you love after the 4 minutes

• DON'T use conditioner before applying K18 mask (you can apply after the 4 min but most find they don’t need it)
• DON'T overdo it—less is more
• DON'T rinse it out
