Eastern Beauty Supply items are guaranteed to be 100% authentic. Every product is brand new and sourced directly from authorized Canadian distribution suppliers or manufacturers.

Eastern Beauty Supply cannot assure customer satisfaction or the outcomes of individual products, as product performance is influenced by various factors beyond our control.
ALLERGIES
Individual reactions to product usage can vary based on numerous factors beyond our control. Eastern Beauty Supply cannot be held accountable for any allergic reactions experienced by individuals using products purchased from our site. If you have hypersensitivity or encounter an allergic reaction, discontinue product use immediately and seek guidance from a healthcare professional.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
Should you receive a defective item, kindly reach out to us through our 'Contact Us' page within five business days of receiving your order. Please ensure to include your name and reference your order number. If your product(s) are determined to be defective, you may qualify for a replacement, exchange, or refund, depending on the situation.

WARRANTY (Electrical Appliances Only)
All electrical appliances come with a one hundred and eighty-day warranty directly from Eastern Beauty Supply starting from the original date of purchase. If your appliance malfunctions within this period, EBS will replace the defective item with the same product. If the item is no longer stocked, we'll provide a credit toward a comparable product. For issues arising beyond one hundred and eighty days, customers must contact the manufacturer directly for exchange arrangements. Product registration is required for manufacturer’s warranty. Please note that refunds are not available.
Please be aware that our warranty does not cover physical damage, and any such damage will void the warranty. Before returning a product under warranty, please contact EBS to make arrangements for the return.
