ORDER PROCESSING, SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Once an order is submitted, it is processed, packed and shipped with-in 24 business hours. EasternBeautySupply.com's (EBS) business hours are Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm EST.
EBS's shipping schedule follows the operational hours of Canada Post. Canada Post operates Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 8:00pm EST. Shipping delays will occur if orders are placed on week-ends and/or statutory/government holidays.
When Canada Post processes an expedited order, the parcel is scanned and tracking information is initiated. An automated confirmation e-mail containing a unique Canada Post tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at check-out.
Eastern Beauty Supply provides FREE expedited shipping via Canada Post within Canada for all orders over $59 (before taxes and after discounts).
For orders under $59 (before taxes and after discounts), a flat rate shipping fee will be applied based on the following regions. Additional charges may apply depending on weight.
Newfoundland & Labrador: $22.00
Prince Edward Island & Nova Scotia: $18.00
New Brunswick, Manitoba & Saskatchewan: $14.00
Quebec & Ontario $10.00
Alberta & British Columbia: $16.00
Packages will be delivered to the inputted shipping address used during the order check out process. An email confirmation will be sent confirming the parcel has been delivered by the carrier.
Shipping times are approximations and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays related to our shipping partners.
Customer is responsible for any charges or penalties that result from incorrect address information at the time of checkout.
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
British Columbia & Alberta: 4-6 business days
Saskatchewan & Manitoba: 3-5 business days
Ontario & Quebec: 1-4 business days
New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, Newfoundland & Labrador: 3-6 business days
Orders totalling $300 or more, including taxes, will require a signature to ensure secure delivery.
In an effort to reduce wasteful packaging, EBS will often reuse boxes and packaging from our suppliers.
YOU'VE RECEIVED A DELIVERY CONFIRMATION BUT YOUR PACKAGE IS NOT PRESENT
1/ Make sure the package was addressed correctly during the checkout process.
2/ If you:
- Live in a house, look around the delivery location for your package. It may have been left in a secure location
- Live in an apartment building, check your mailbox, parcel locker (a key would be placed in your mailbox), security/front desk, concierge or building superintendent
- Have a community mailbox, check you individual mailbox or parcel compartment (a key would be left in your mailbox)
3/ Check with everyone in the household. Someone else may have received the pack
If you still can not find your parcel, contact us via email using email@example.com Include your name and order number.
Packages that are unclaimed or are shipped in error as a result of incorrect shipping information will be returned at the expense of the purchaser. A refund will be issued less a flat $15.00 shipping fee and a 15% re-stocking fee.
