NOTES FROM THE LAB:
Most dry shampoos sit on top of oil, forming clumps and a gritty texture. Insta-WOW dry shampoo spray contains a shampoo-grade cleanser that actually dissolves oil into micro-droplets (just like a real shampoo), while ultra-fine, high-performance starches absorb it and give it a slip factor which makes it possible to brush it off the hair. Oil and grime disappear, leaving hair clean.
These starches do double duty:

HOW TO USE:
STEP 1: Shake well. Hold 8 inches from hair and spray toward roots, lifting up sections to get underneath. STEP 2: Let sit for several seconds. STEP 3: Rake through with fingers and brush through to reveal clean, refreshed hair.
