The Lumishine XL High Lift series is engineered for natural Level 6 dark blonde and lighter virgin hair seeking luminous blonde results without bleach lighteners. Calibrated with high-alkalinity lift power and gentle conditioning ArgiPlex, it lifts natural pigment while neutralising underlying brassiness.

Formulation & Technical Specifications

• Mixing Ratio: 1:2 (1 part XL colour to 2 parts Joico Lumishine Developer).
• Developer Choice: Mix strictly with 30 or 40 Volume Joico Lumishine Developer for maximum lifting performance. (Never formulate with 10 or 20 Volume).
• Processing Time: Process for 45 to 60 minutes at room temperature on dry virgin hair.
• Suitability Notice: High Lift colour will not lift existing artificial cosmetic hair colour. Not recommended for grey coverage.
