How To Use Mixing & Application
Choose Developer: Select Welloxon Perfect developer (3%, 6%, 9%, 12%) based on desired lift and hair type; 6% or less is for on-scalp use.
Mix Ratio: Combine BlondorPlex powder with developer in a 1:1.5 or 1:2 ratio for desired consistency (thicker for foils, thinner for balayage).
Apply: Apply to clean, dry hair, working in thin sections, avoiding overlap on previously lightened hair.
Process: Develop for up to 50 minutes; check hair every 5-10 minutes and avoid using heat.
Application & Development Tips
Apply evenly to the sections of unwashed hair.
The development time depends on the condition of the hair and the desired blonde hair color result. Carefully check hair every 5–10 minutes during process. The maximum total development time is 50 minutes.
First Time Application Tip:
Mid-lengths and ends in first step and root area as second step.
